- wkat4242 4y agoSo not than 75% of Chinese think their country comes the closest to a real democracy. Wow. Either they are very afraid or they have no idea that democracy means that you actually need to have choices to vote for. Not saying our western democracies are perfect. But China just isn't one. I don't understand why one-party states are even pretending. The same with the old "German Democratic Republic". Why the fake democracy if you're so proud of your system? Not surprised by the other outcomes. India has always had close ties to Russia in particular.
