Atmospheric data won't help if you don't specify altitude. Different altitudes = different wind speeds and sometimes even directions.
- deepfrdpancake 4y agoI use 100hPa level but I can definitely add more levels for a better simulation
- twawaaay 4y agoYou should be aware that it is possible to direct your balloon pretty much anywhere by just changing the altitude. If I was China and I wanted to make super advanced balloon to spy on US I would definitely make it so that it can use air currents at different altitudes to direct it where I want.
