Do you mind me asking if you're under 30yrs old?
- dopeboy 4y agoNot OP - I'm in my mid 30s and do this for roughly the same reasons.
- old_hat 4y agoI'm 40 and I work from the office 5 days a week for roughly the same reasons. General expectation from the company is around 2 days a week in the office, but I prefer it, so I come in every day.
- mypalmike 4y agoI'm over 50 and I'm in the same boat. Hybrid is ideal for me for the same reasons. I find collaboration on work to be more difficult when I don't have an in-person connection with my teammates.

- clpm4j 4y agoI don't mind, and the answer is 'no' - I am quite social on a regular basis. I was asking the OP out of genuine curiosity.
