Can confirm. Have been overweight - slightly obese my entire life. My two biggest regrets are
1) Eating out for most of my adult life instead of cooking at home, and
2) Always having snacks around.
Every time I eliminate these two things, and increase my exercise, the weight comes off.
These days I only snack before an intense activity like Tennis.
- paulpauper 4y agoCan confirm. Have been overweight - slightly obese my entire life. My two biggest regrets are It seems like "slightly obese" describes a lot of people. Maybe this is an optimum for human wellbeing or something. Extra fat provides stores for adversity, but not so obese that it increases risk of heart disease much.
- likeabbas 4y agoDoubtful. I have more energy and am generally happier when I am not overweight. I become overweight when I lose focus, start drinking more, start eating out more, etc
