I’d love to hear if there are any books others have found on this topic. I found “UnF@ck your relationships” was a bit simplistic.

- labrador 4y agoBack in the 80's in the U.S. there was a men's movement spearheaded by Robert Bly Bly argued in his 1990 book, Iron John: A Book About Men, that society causes men to be disconnected from their feelings, and he knew he could rub people the wrong way. There's also The Promise Keepers if that's your cup of tea. I tried several men's movements at the time but realized I'm more of loner and not a joiner, so the problem was with me, not the men's movements and I've come to accept that about myself.
