Is this like Youtube's "Skippable" and "Non-skipable" ads? ie: you only pay for an ad if it wasn't skipped? Pay extra to have it not skipped? The emotions would be like ... if a person watches the entire ad? If they interact with it? On TikTok, if I see the same ad a few times, I'll flag it as "not interested" or "saw it too many times already" etc.
