Overall very "boring" conference, lots of time spent on weird issues, nothing really new. Interesting parts: - The argument for the suspension of START from Putin's side is basically that it is only bilateral between US and Russia and doesn't account for NATO nukes, which per Putin now need to be considered. - Basically thinly veiled threat that the more long range the missiles that Ukraine gets the bigger the "buffer zone" will need to be. - Very open dig at oligarchs/business investing abroad, basically telling people that money should be staying in Russia and in "friendly" countries, so maybe more capital controls down the line?
