Welcome to the world of HR, where they make the laws and there is no recourse.
- maze-le 4y agoBut there is something like reputation. Once you have a reputation for being a place with a toxic HR/hiring culture its hard to get rid of that. Finding good people is hard in our profession, and most people have plenty of other options. This is not the first time I've heard something shady about the hiring practices of this particular company.
