@pg are you giving founders psychometric tests? Resourcefulness might decompose into several well-defined traits or aptitudes. If I had to guess, I'd expect successful startup founders to score low for neuroticism, high in conscientiousness & openness as well as having an internal locus of control. This could be invaluable, both in selecting the companies as well as for coaching and teaching.
