I can’t figure out level 10 after 2 hours. The hex thing is the only breakthrough that I have. Any tips?

(Spoiler warnings possibly, although I haven't solved anything...) I am stuck there too. I'm almost certain it requires sending an email to a gmail address, but I'm not sure what that address is.
