What's the rate of your reject rate, and what are the most common deal breakers, bad signs? It'd be helpful.
- mbesto 4y agoSo we just advise on things that might constitute as "red flags", however ultimately our clients make the decision to break a deal. I would say its about 5%~10% rejection rate (some clients are more risky than others), and it's very rare that tech alone is the deal breaker. When tech is an issue, it's usually combined with some business issue (example - it takes 3 months to onboard a new client and the company has little automation for data migration, so they won't scale well)
