Did we ever get an official explanation of what "10% for the Big Guy" was referring to? I know it's been confirmed as authentic, but I haven't seen the official explanation for what was meant by it. I'm not interested in what Republicans say about it, but I would like to hear from the Biden admin about that specifically. If he was gaining financially from any of these deals in Ukraine or China, that would cause an enormous conflict of interest in what is turning out to be a growing war with no end in sight.
