Does “enable” mean “send”?
- TeMPOraL 4y agoMore like "be a part of the thing that got them there". Purposefully avoiding the specifics, as to avoid locking themselves into a specific course of action.
- panick21_ 4y agoWhat it means is that they will do a deal with NASA for seats on Starship. In exchange they will fiance some modules that Starship will deliver on Mars.
