How often can you get feedback from someone until they've become part of your system and are no longer an outsider?
- Byamarro 4y agoThis is such a valid point. I've experienced it myself. When you're on a team, after some time team members start developing shared biases. It's enough that some previous discussion was railroaded certain way to make it harder for the team members to think outside of the box shaped by previous conversations.
