Sorry, but as it is, this is useless. It falls into the same trap as all of those books on the habits of successful people. Unless you include a control group it doesn't tell you anything. You need to also study the childhoods of unexceptional people, in order that determine what is actually unique. Go out and take the biographies of a few hundred homeless people and compare.
