There's nothing in this article about the launch -- I was hoping to start a conversation about the future of brands' social media engagement with their customers. I was under the impression that type of discussion was appropriate for this site. Was that not right?
- anigbrowl 4y agoOne, Ask HN questions tend to be specific; HN is not a forum where people do long discussions on general topics for their own sake. Two, most HN readers are regulars, sometimes very regular. We will notice a string of submissions. Third, you're not looking to 'start a conversation', you're looking to promote a product. We're not children. Please, just respect the mores of the community you are dealing with. You have been 3 3 years and this is the second time you've tried to get a product off the ground, so it's not like you don't know.
