Show HN: TinyMCE and PouchDB Text App
This simple text app uses an older version of TinyMCE and one of their older demos.
I also use Bootstrap, jQuery, and some add ons to both to both of those.
It lets you create "Folders" (PouchDBs) to store and manage documents. You can CRUD and search for documents.
It's pretty easy to configure it to use a web based CouchDB for multiple users to create and manage documents from anywhere.
There's also a zip file of the app you can download at https://cherrypc.com/textapp.zip https://cherrypc.com/textapp.zip
You don't need a webserver to use it. Just load the index.html file from the textapp folder.
- mingram 4y agoCame hear searching to PouchDB example apps and here we go! Thank you. There's a bug in the .zip version. Your index.html contains the wrong path in the script tag for tincymce.js.
