Does the cost-benefit analysis really not work out even with the new 2023 incentives created as pay of the Insulation Reduction Act? (Also, which is more likely in ten years: that natural gas will be cheaper than today, or that electricity will be? I think with the huge new investments in renewables, the latter is more likely.)
