- h2odragon 4y agoCivilian manufacture, possession and traffic of antimatter is clearly covered under the 2nd amendment. I just wanna state that clearly so the BATF can't say later that they never heard anyone suggest different when they claim it ain't legal under their rules. They get so stuffy and uptight about the fun things as soon as they hear about hem.
