Why? The money comes from being default search engine in the default browser. If a user goes out of their way to use chrome… they we’re probably going to switch

Why? The money comes from being default search engine in the default browser. If a user goes out of their way to use chrome… they we’re probably going to switch to Google search. My only guess is that apple was gunna force all browser apps to respect default search engine settings unless Google paid the money.
