Way better than speaking in person and messing up there flow since: 1. They can take their time formulating a response that’s probably more in depth then if they had to think about my question of the spot. I’m not saying they will I’m saying if my question was a technical one I can expect linked resources that’ll help me understand what they’re teaching me better. 2. The information is retrievable. I can reference it says later while a conversation can be lost and mutated by memory.
