Is it going to be easier for you to train coding, or personality?

  I feel this is missed by many - you can start a job with zero experience with that specific technology. You cant start a job with zero social skills.

    But training people from 0: 1. costs time and money 2. has no guaranteed outcome I would keep interviewing.
