I wouldn't. Gamification of things like a build tool, where you can compete in fixing tests, adds some value. These achievements just seem gimmicky. Unlocking the 'loner' award after a good night of saturday night coding is just adding insult to injury. Or what kind of company would want 5 different curse words in a file, (very childish)
