You are confusing environmental clearance with a launch license. Environmental review was completed, with some required mitigations. Launch license is usually something that comes much closer to launch.

- consumer451 4y agoI am a huge SpaceX fan, I watch every NSF stream and that really did not appear to be the case. We were all about 50/50 on if the OLM would even survive the static test. The water deluge system was delivered only a couple days prior to static test.
