I've been following the anti-car movement push on internet forums for a while. These people swear by NYC public transport, which IMO is the worst experience anyone could go through while traveling. Hustlers, crime, drugs, filth, long wait times etc etc. No thanks, I'd like to live and not get beaten up and not catch a disease, will stick to my car.
