After writing 100 articles, you will absolutely have improved a drastic amount. You'll be much more fluent, have worked out the kinks in your writing workflow, and have built a habit. And that's before we even get into any benefits that may or may not come from people reading what you wrote. Note to self: Gotta do that, too.
