Yes indeed, I fully agree. I once insulted an employer with this expression :). I told them that in the past we were building sheds, and that it all went very well. But now there was a skyskraper project, and that they cannot expect us to build that in the same way. I wanted to make clear that this bigger project needed more structure to support it. All they heard was "what??? You think we build sheds???" :D. Nothing wrong with building sheds of course. In fact those are the most fun projects.
