It must be so ________* to have your life expectancy over the next few years calculated like that.
*Jarring, frightening, emotional, scary, disconcerting? What's the right word. Maybe all of them.
- superamit 15y agoThose first couple weeks I was pretty sad and felt sorry for myself a lot. When friends started organizing drives I got totally immersed in helping to organize those and forgot about everything else. When that trailed off, I guess I'd come to terms with it. I wish I knew exactly how long I had, but nobody ever does. I'm looking forward to using this as an excuse to do a lot of things I'd been putting off and living the life today that I always figured I'd love someday.
