“I always drive with the high beams on, it’s so much easier to see!” - Peggy Hill
- dsfyu404ed 4y agoA mechanic friend of mine says these days a solid 30-40% of the cars he gets into have the high beams on. I have no doubt that's a large contributor to the perceived size of the problem.
