What is the legal differences between:
1. Small one person entity web crawling the net
2, NSA crawling net
3. ChatGPT crawling the net
4. GitHub copilot crawling the github sub part of the net.
Are they similar legally or dissimilar?
- thayne 4y agoMy understanding is that these aren't things available on the net, but rather things that people put in previous prompts to ChatGPT.
