- darthrupert 4y agoOne would think that most of what it does is IO. Perhaps the resolver could be written in Rust for maximum effect?
- woodruffw 4y agoRuby is slow, but Ruby is not the main reason Homebrew can be slow: Homebrew's execution time is mostly bound by network round-trips and I/O.
