I don't need to try it. The pictures in this release annoucement display it everywhere. Honestly, given my downvoting, I think most KDE users are just blind to it but it's completely unusable as far as I'm concerned.

It has inconsistent margins in the title bar. See the white space between the skip button and the text. It's awful. Padding is wrong in the button. There is too much white space on the left and too little on right. The alignments on the next button and the close button is off. Even the mascot is not properly centered.
It only gets worth from here, even the calendar (https://kde.org/fr/announcements/plasma/5/5.27.0/hebrew-calendar.jpg https://kde.org/fr/announcements/plasma/5/5.27.0/hebrew-cale...). Look at the dook, look at the small print, look at highlight. All the margins are inconstistent.
