- JumpCrisscross 4y agoOf course. Feds won’t care, unless they’re selling Bitcoin more than El Salvador. They’re screwed either way, so at least go down entertaining.
- qualudeheart 4y agoEpic. If the old BTC maximalist predictions came true, El Salvador could punch well above its weight. The Venice of South America. By the way, what got you into space industry investments? I’m an AI maximalist myself, but interested in space exploration.

They have no advantage as a financial centre, their sole gain from early adoption being a state stockpile of coins. A source of wealth unrelated to the people is an enabler of despotism. Not Renaissance. On space, because it’s fun and I had an early edge in getting the basic engineering principles, political opportunities and economic pitch.
