When are AMD 3nm part expected? Mid 2024?
- monocasa 4y agoThat's still up in the air. Probably with Zen5, but if the price isn't right they're apparently taping it out for N4 (ie. N5++++) too to hedge their bets/negotiating position with TSMC for wafer prices.
