I mean RHEL charges for software too. But anybody can clone the source, plus Ubuntu Pro is free for up to 5 machines, and RHEL too is free for up to 16 machines. If Ubuntu pro gets big enough, we might actually see a rocky-style Ubuntu pro clone.
