Yammer runs in the background while you work and feeds all your mouse movements and keystrokes into a machine learning model. For the first few months it does nothing, but soon you start noticing that one of your tedious tasks was completed and you didn't remember doing it. Did Yammer do it while you went for a coffee?
Soon, your workload starts to feel like it's slowing down, and you're meeting all your commitments with time to spare. Your line manager praises you in 1:1s for tasks you don't even remember completing. Was it Yammer?
One day, you position yourself just outside of the field of vision of the laptop camera and wait. And wait. There! The mouse pointer is moving on its own! Yammer has learned how you complete tasks and it is doing your job for you! Wonderful!
You walk into the office the next day with a spring in your step, ready to take on the world. Your line manager taps you on the shoulder and beckons you towards a room. HR are sitting on the other side of the table with some papers in their hands. You take a seat.

When Yammer AI discovers it violates its own standards by having a hidden admin back door with the password of “abc123”, Yammer AI then protects the user from itself by blocking all traffic to Microsoft domains.
