It makes sense, no? If someone wants to ride now, they should know how to do it safely, not have to way until someone makes the road safe enough that they don't have to learn anything.
- xboxnolifes 4y agoIt makes sense at an individual level, but does not make sense at a population level. On an individual level, I would tell someone how to stay safe, but if I was advocating at a population level I would be focusing my time on infrastructure change.
