Maybe I missed it but does anyone know where these things were going/delivered to? What's the use for chemicals like this? I can't seem to find any info.

- fragmede 4y agoVinyl chloride (VC) is used to make polyvinyl chloride (PVC), an inert plastic material used in all sorts of things, but is well known as the PVC in PVC pipes which are used everywhere.
