As usual, the humble potato is king in terms of satiety. There is actually such a thing a "the potato diet" if you want to check it out :) Some people report impressive weight loss results on it.
It's actually fascinating to speculate what about these foods is satiating, take the top part of the list:
Potatoes, boiled 323%
Ling fish 225%
Porridge/Oatmeal 209%
Oranges 202%
Apples 197%
Brown pasta 188%
Beef 176%
Baked beans 168%
Grapes 162%
Whole meal bread 157%
Grain bread 154%
Popcorn 154%
Eggs 150%
Cheese 146%
White rice 138%
Lentils 133%
Brown Rice 132%
It seems that, for carbs, more fiber is usually more satiating. But why is white rice (slightly) more satiating than brown rice? And what is it about this Ling fish, beef, eggs, and cheese that makes them more satiating than lentils or (for some of them) whole grain bread? There's no fiber in animal products. Is it the fat content? Certain amino acids? Or something completely different?
