I had to sign into teams for a job interview. It took me half an hour to get it installed and signed in. Most of that was trying to sign in. I think to a required Microsoft account. Who has a "Microsoft account"? I couldn't just use an email address. There had to be a Microsoft account tied to it. Or something. To me, it's a red flag if a company uses MS teams.
