U.S. Copyright Office Tells Judge That Only Natural and Corporate Persons Can Own Copyrights
- shagie 4y agoThe key word is "create" rather than "own". A corporate entity can own the copyright to some work. The corporate entity cannot create a copyrighted work - that requires human authorship and only human authorship is allowed.
