I do not understand why he does not move the project to, say, France and show the middle finger to the patent troll.
- Infernal 4y agoSounds like the litigation has been dropped, but the $1m in attorneys fees already paid was a loss too large to bear.
- NotYourLawyer 4y agoIf you want to sell to people in the US, then US patents still matter.
