Google's attrition can't be 33%, did you mean 3%?

  33% seems high but 3% seems absurdly low. FWIW, this article puts the tech sector at a bit over 20% in 2020. One would think Google was on the lower side given that at least on the engineering side is probably going to find it hard to walk into a higher paying role from Google. (Though obviously people leave for other reasons.)
