Since GPT always needs to be "up-to-date", and search usually requires near real-time accuracy, there needs to be some sort of reconciliation on queries so that if the query seems to be asking for something real time, it will leverage search results to ad-hoc improve the response. Or.. it should let us know the "last index date" so we the users can make a determination if we want to ask a knowledge based question or a more real-time question.
