Why does the author assume that the officers had not been pepper sprayed themselves?
- pastacacioepepe 4y agoThe choices are either they did and knowing this they still abused the pepper spray, or they weren't sprayed themselves and didn't realize it's a more serious weapon than they might think. I think OP, out of trust in the human nature, went with the latter.
