There is an unconfirmed blurry video on Twitter - I can't find it now. It looked like some sort of rotating plastic trash bag :-).

- Daniel_sk 4y agoIt had an irregular structure (Air Force described it as octagonal) and also balloon does not usually spin - especially not if they have a payload attached.
