Developed using Fresh framework (https://fresh.deno.dev https://fresh.deno.dev) and deployed to Deno Deploy (https://deno.com/deploy https://deno.com/deploy). For persistent storage I use a simple MySQL instance from DigitalOcean (https://www.digitalocean.com/products/managed-databases https://www.digitalocean.com/products/managed-databases). The PDF creation is done via Browserless (https://www.browserless.io/ https://www.browserless.io/), which really just captures a website I point it towards and creates a PDF out of it.
