Tagline - "Anyone who offends China will be killed no matter how far the target is." spoiler alert - the Americans offend China

So, like 99% of Hollywood action movies?

We're not allowed to show China negatively in US movies. Checkout Red Dawn remake for context.

Only because they want to sell tickets to China. But Hollywood can and does still show any other country without a large film-going public as negatively as they wish (with crude, nuance-less, historically oblivious, and borderline or sometimes overtly racist portrayals of most of the world, as bad guys or uncivilized savages to be put into place, or alternatively, rescued, by the good old american forces). As for the US itself, the mass public almost never watches films from other countries, so no worries about being offended by any other culture's point of view of it (that's the country who considered non automatically laughable a public suggestion to change the name of "french fries" when France criticized their foreign policy).
