Finally an alternative for eco-conscious Rolls Royce buyers concerned about their impact on our planet. And they'll get to use the electric vehicle lanes and not have to mingle with all the planet hating climate deniers in their compact cars. So thoughtful
- vba616 4y agoElectric motors seem like the best way to combine huge amounts of torque and silence, which is what Rolls Royce is traditionally known for. Environmental consciousness or not. Some say the most famous automotive ad tagline of all time is "At 60 miles an hour the loudest noise in this new Rolls-Royce comes from the electric clock". They also used a knock-off of GM's "Hydra-Matic" automatic transmission for many years, because, you know, who else's design would be suitable for wafting down the road with perfect serenity? I say nothing is more in character than an electric Rolls.
