How do e.g. firefox or rust handle this?
- steveklabnik 4y agoRust programs that use the standard library link to glibc by default. You can use musl if you prefer. Virtually all pure-rust dependencies are built from source and statically linked when the build happens.
- hyperman1 4y agoBut e.g. does Rust explicitly build with an old version of glibc or something?
- steveklabnik 4y agoIt builds with whatever is on your system.
